1. Definitions

For clarity, the following definitions apply throughout these Terms:

• •"Daily Loss Limit" — The maximum allowable daily loss based on account starting balance.
• •"Max Total Loss" — The maximum allowable overall drawdown from starting balance.
• •"Consistency Rules" — The behavioral and performance parameters designed to ensure disciplined and realistic betting strategies.
• •"Services" — All challenges, funded accounts, and other offerings provided by MySportsFunding.

2. Eligibility and User Responsibilities

• •You must be at least 18 years old or of legal betting age in your jurisdiction.
• •You are responsible for ensuring your use of MySportsFunding complies with local gambling laws and regulations.
• •MySportsFunding services are not available in jurisdictions where betting or similar activities are prohibited.
• •You agree not to use MySportsFunding's Services to engage in unlawful, deceptive, or manipulative activities.

3. Account Registration

To access MySportsFunding Services, you must register for an account and provide accurate, current, and complete information.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activities under your account.

MySportsFunding will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account caused by your negligence.

5. Pay After Passing Phase 1 – Challenge Purchase Structure

Some MySportsFunding challenges are offered under a "Pay After Passing Phase 1" model. Under this structure, the user pays a reduced initial entry fee to start the challenge. The remaining balance of the challenge fee is only required after successfully passing Phase 1. The exact initial payment and remaining balance depend on the selected challenge size and will be clearly displayed on the purchase page.

5.1 Phase 1 Evaluation

By paying the initial fee, the user receives access to Phase 1 of the challenge. During this phase, the user must follow all standard MySportsFunding rules including but not limited to:

• •Maximum drawdown limits
• •Profit targets
• •Risk management rules
• •Platform terms and conditions

5.2 Passing Phase 1

When a user successfully completes Phase 1:

• •The account will be reviewed by the MySportsFunding team.
• •The user must contact customer support or follow the instructions provided by MySportsFunding to confirm the result.
• •After verification, the user will receive an email containing the payment link for the remaining balance of the challenge.

Verification may take up to 24 hours.

5.3 Payment for Phase 2

After receiving the confirmation email, the user must complete the remaining payment of the challenge fee. The user will have 24 hours from the moment the confirmation email is sent to complete the payment. Once payment is completed:

• •The challenge will continue under standard MySportsFunding rules.

5.4 Failure to Complete Payment

If the remaining payment is not completed within 24 hours after the confirmation email is sent:

• •The user's challenge account will be terminated.
• •The evaluation will be considered void.
• •The user will lose access to the account.

The initial payment is non-refundable.

5.5 Abuse Prevention

MySportsFunding reserves the right to:

• •Cancel any challenge account suspected of abuse, manipulation, or rule violations.
• •Refuse Phase 2 activation if suspicious activity is detected.
• •Modify or withdraw this payment structure at any time.

5.6 Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing a challenge under the Pay After Passing Phase 1 model, the user confirms that they understand the two-step payment structure, accept the 24-hour payment requirement, and accept all MySportsFunding evaluation rules.

6. Fees and Refund Policy

• •All Challenge entry fees are non-refundable once purchased.
• •Refunds are only issued if MySportsFunding fails to deliver the purchased service.
• •Challenge purchases and Funded Account resets are final and non-refundable.
• •By purchasing, you acknowledge that you are paying for access to a virtual betting evaluation service, not for gambling or investment activity.

7. Risk Disclosure

You acknowledge that betting and trading activities inherently carry financial risk. MySportsFunding does not guarantee profits or future performance. All activity conducted through our platform is at your own risk, and MySportsFunding accepts no liability for financial loss or opportunity cost resulting from use of its Services.

Once funded, all Users must strictly adhere to risk management and consistency rules.

8.1 Loss Limits

Exceeding these thresholds will result in immediate account termination or reset.

8.2 Consistency Rules

MySportsFunding evaluates every funded bettor's discipline through the following parameters:

8.3 Rolling 30-Day Consistency Review

• •Each funded account is reviewed over a rolling 30-day window to verify adherence to consistency rules.
• •Any significant deviation may trigger a manual review, payout delay, or account suspension.

8.4 Payouts & Profit Sharing

• •Profit splits are processed once a funded bettor meets all requirements and has placed at least 15 individual picks every 30-day period.
• •Payouts are issued via Riise after KYC verification.
• •MySportsFunding reserves the right to delay or withhold payouts pending verification or rule compliance checks.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following behaviors are strictly prohibited and will result in account termination and forfeiture of profits:

• •Using third-party bots, scripts, or automation tools.
• •Copying or mirroring other bettors' strategies.
• •Colluding with other MySportsFunding users.
• •Betting on fixed, manipulated, or fraudulent events.
• •Attempting to circumvent platform systems or rules.

10. Account Suspension or Termination

MySportsFunding reserves the right to suspend, reset, or terminate any account that:

11. Intellectual Property

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Platform solely for participation in MySportsFunding Services.

Unauthorized reproduction, modification, or redistribution of our materials is strictly prohibited.
